Overview

EigoCrest is designed to work without an account. Study activity remains on your device. If you make or restore the optional in-app purchase, purchase history is processed as described below.

Information stored on your device

EigoCrest stores app preferences, study settings, progress, scores, review history, activity history, bookmarks, and reminder settings locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the app’s study and review features. It is not sent to EigoCrest or to third parties.

Notifications

If you enable study reminders, EigoCrest requests notification permission and schedules reminders locally on your device. EigoCrest does not use notification permission for advertising and does not collect a push-notification token. You can change reminder settings in the app or revoke permission in iOS Settings.

Purchases, analytics, and third parties

If you choose to unlock Lifetime Access, payment is processed by Apple. EigoCrest does not receive your name, payment-card details, or banking information. EigoCrest uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore access, and provide purchase-related analytics. RevenueCat receives purchase history and an anonymous app user identifier for these purposes. EigoCrest does not link this information to your identity or use it for advertising or tracking across apps or websites. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

Locally stored study data remains on your device until you reset your progress, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. EigoCrest does not receive a server-side copy of that study data. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies and applicable legal obligations. EigoCrest does not maintain user accounts or account profiles.

Children’s privacy

EigoCrest is a general English test-preparation app and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchase history is processed only as described above.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if EigoCrest’s features or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.

EigoCrestは、アカウント登録なしで利用できるよう設計されています。 学習履歴は端末内に保存されます。任意のアプリ内購入または購入の復元を行う場合、 購入履歴は以下のとおり処理されます。

端末内に保存される情報

アプリの設定、学習設定、進捗、スコア、復習履歴、学習履歴、ブックマーク、 リマインダー設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。 これらの情報は学習・復習機能の提供にのみ使用され、EigoCrestや第三者へ送信されません。

通知

学習リマインダーを有効にすると、EigoCrestは通知の許可を求め、 お使いの端末内で通知を予約します。通知は広告には使用されず、 プッシュ通知用トークンも収集しません。リマインダーはアプリ内で変更でき、 通知の許可はiOSの「設定」から取り消せます。

購入、分析、第三者サービス

完全版を購入する場合、支払いはAppleによって処理されます。 EigoCrestは氏名、カード情報、銀行口座情報を受け取りません。 購入の検証、購入済み機能の復元、および購入に関する分析のためにRevenueCatを使用します。 RevenueCatは、これらの目的で購入履歴と匿名のアプリユーザー識別子を受け取ります。 EigoCrestはこの情報を利用者の身元と結び付けず、広告や他のアプリ・ウェブサイトを 横断するトラッキングにも使用しません。詳細は RevenueCatのプライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。

保存期間と削除

端末内の学習データは、進捗をリセットする、アプリのデータを消去する、 またはアプリをアンインストールするまで保存されます。 EigoCrestは学習データのサーバー上のコピーを受け取りません。 購入記録は、AppleおよびRevenueCatのポリシーと適用法令に従って保持されます。 EigoCrestはユーザーアカウントやアカウントプロフィールを管理しません。

お子様のプライバシー

EigoCrestは一般向けの英語試験対策アプリであり、13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。 お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。 購入履歴は上記の目的にのみ使用されます。

本ポリシーの変更

機能またはデータの取り扱いに変更があった場合、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。 更新時には、上記の施行日を変更します。
